How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

When will my items ship?

As my merchandise is printed, packaged and shipped solely by yours truly, I try to ship all of your orders within a max range of 1 week of receiving them (unless otherwise specified). If there is ever a delay due to any sort of unforeseen technical/shipping error, I keep everyone updated via my 'Shop Info' story highlight on Instagram.

Why are you unable to ship to most international locations?

The USPS has implemented and is continuously implementing new shipping restrictions to international locations. So, to avoid any lost or undeliverable packages because of these restrictions, international shipping is on hold.

If it were in my control, I’d have international shipments available! But, alas, it isn’t. Apologies for the inconvenience!

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

If your package was lost or arrived with a defect, please contact me within 30 days of shipment and I will be more than happy to figure out a means to accommodate any mishaps. My policy is: NO returns! Please Email Me!

Could you tell me more about your framed art pieces?

Size depends on artwork.

If they're square art sizes, they will be : 13"x13" Black farme with 7.5" x 7.5" Square Matting

If they are portrait art sizes they will be: 10"x13" Black Frames with 8"x10" Matting
